Paris Wonder offers selected tours and sightseeing visits, leisure activities, romantic surprises and related services. Our Website uses an online reservation interface secured by the SSL protocol, designed to make it easy for its users to organise their tourist and/or business stays in Paris.

Paris Wonder regularly acts as an intermediary in all dealings between its users and their suppliers and/or service providers.

In accordance with current French legislation, any order or reservation made on the Website or any of its affiliated sites implies the full and entire acceptance of our General Conditions of Sale and Use and those relating to the products chosen by the user, and of any other specific conditions stipulated in the pages of the Paris Wonder Website. Our Conditions define the legal rights and liabilities which become applicable to you when you use the Website.

These General Conditions of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation and/or execution shall be referred to the Paris Commercial Court.

8. Management of personal data

In France, personal data are protected by French laws no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the French Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

When users access the Website, the users’ access provider and the address of the users’ internet protocol (IP).

Paris Wonder collects only the personal information required for some of the services offered on the Website. Users knowingly provide this information, in particular when they enter it themselves. The information collected through the online reservation interface of the Website and those of its affiliated sites may not be transmitted to third parties without the user’s express agreement and/or for any reason unrelated to the requirements of the reservation.

Should Paris Wonder and its rights be taken over, users’ information would be transferred to the buyer, which would be subject to the same obligation to keep and modify the data for users of the Website.

9. Security

The Paris Wonder online reservation interface uses the SSL encryption protocol to guarantee your security and ensure greater confidentiality.

When you transmit information over the web, your credit or debit card number and all the
information you enter to the various forms are automatically encrypted.

The SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) system automatically encodes the information before it is transmitted over the web.

When it reaches our server, the information is decrypted using a single SSL that allows your browser to connect to the Website and transparently negotiate a secure communication channel.
